We converted this 7 storey residence in Kensington from three apartments. Two staircases were rationalised to form one stair system and a lift. The circulation route was planned to be linear and to link the front and rear portions of the building where the ceiling heights differed. The client was an art collector and the collection formed a large part of the brief.
