This is a 80,000 sq ft. mixed use residential retail and restaurant regeneration scheme, with underground car parking and penthouse roof gardens in Westbourne Grove.
Covering half an acre, the scheme comprises 18 original buildings with the primary corner building being listed. PLanning was obtained to redevelop the site with demolition of the eastern terrace. At the western site boundary the buildings were demolished behind their facades.
The scheme provides thirty four high specification private apartments and four affordable mews apartments, and nine fully serviced retail units covering a total of 20,000 sq ft. These are set within a composition of new build and refurbished facades including nine new shops and restaurants.
